Customized graphics or web sets for web pages generally start at $35.00. Prices vary depending on what you want. We will talk to you in depth about the design of your graphics to make sure they are designed to your specifications.

The images / graphics must belong to you. They can not have came from any other web site or source. We reserve the right to refuse any images / graphics that we suspect of being copyrighted to anyone but the client. All copyright laws must be respected.  When sending us your images we are trusting that they truly belong to you.  By submitting images or photos to Web Design by Bird and claiming ownership of said images or photos, the client assumes total liability / responsibility for any copyright violations, infringements or law suits that may result due to claiming images / photos that do not belong personally to them. Web design by Bird will not knowingly use or accept any image or photo for graphic design that is not owned or copyrighted to a perspective client.  The client assumes total liability for any copyright violations/ infringements for any images / photos submitted to Web Design by Bird. During the design process we will gladly give our recommendations on what we think will work best for your situation.  Ultimately, the graphics will be your choice and will be designed exactly as you specify.

After the details have been worked out for your graphics or web set, you will have exactly 48 hours to cancel your order with us. If for any reason you do not want to proceed, you will need to contact us within that time period.  The 48 hours will give you the opportunity to change your mind if you choose not to start the design process. After the 48 hours, if we do not hear differently, we will assume that you want us to move forward with the design process. We will then expect a whole or part payment in the amount that was agreed upon.  Sorry, but no refunds or credits will be given after the 48 hours.

Before we begin, we will ask you for a whole or part payment (depending on the circumstances). As work progresses, the graphics / web set will be previewed to you as a screen shot on a secure page on this web site. When the graphics are finished, they will be previewed to you again to see if any changes need to be made. It is very important to us that you are happy with the graphics we have made for you.

Upon completion of the job, full payment must be made before the graphics or web set will be emailed to you. Once the graphics or web set has been completed, it can not be cancelled or returned for any reason. Full payment must be made to us within one week of completion of the work.

At any point during the design process, if you decide that you do not want to proceed with the graphics and have not fully paid for them, (the full amount agreed upon for the design) we will retain all the graphics that were used in the design process. This would also include any payments that have been made to us for the graphics and for graphic design. Payments made will be kept for time spent.  The only items that will be returned to you will be any personal images that you may have provided. We retain the right to any images we have used from our graphics library.  We also retain the right to sell the graphics or web set as is or redesign it to recoup the time we have spent during the design process.
